Andrew L. Dixon, III, President of the Gamma Mu Lambda Chapter will moderate the discussion which will cover relevant statistics and trends regarding the recent rise of gun violence; community, practical and legislative efforts to curb violence; as well as the importance of legal gun ownership, gun safety, and conflict de-escalation.
The panel will include Leon County Sheriff Walt McNeil; Tallahassee City Commissioner Curtis Richardson; and Philip Smith, President of the National African-American Gun Association.
